10th Annual Bayview Art Tour

The bright yellow balloons were sure to be seen on October 23rd & 24th while driving in the Mt. Pleasant, Bayview, Eglinton and Leaside area. The Tenth Annual Bayview Art Tour took place on the Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5pm. The balloons indicated the various locations where the participating artist was showing their work. The Bayview Art Tour featured painters, potters, print makers, jewelers, photographers, glass and fiber artists exhibiting their work in their homes/studios. This year, 22 artists participated in the event with 13 different venues. Brochures with maps showing the Tour stops were distributed throughout the neighborhood to make sure that the community members were aware. The event was free and whether you are an art lover or were just going for a walk in the area, everyone was welcome to drop by and take a look at the community artists work.
