KITCHEN NOW OPEN

Kitchen. What a great name for a restaurant. Chef Jeffery Baker has just opened his newest restaurant right at 1967 Avenue Road (just below Wilson). You might remember Jeff as he is the former owner and chef of 561 Dining on Avenue. Everything Jeff makes, he makes from scratch and although the menu is fixed, Jeff can make just about anything to accommodate anyone (i.e. dietary restrictions). Also, he’ll make things he or his family wants to eat so it is possible that it might end up on the menu that day. There is a great selection of bottled wines but they also serve by the glass onwards up to a litre. Overall, kitchen just has the feeling that you know you are going to have a great meal from a great guy. His family is nice too. To check out the menu, go to kitchenonavenue.com.
