Country & Western BBQ with Line Dancers & Country Singer
Residents and guests were treated to a country and western themed lunch and entertainment on Thursday, August 5th. The staff were garbed in cowboy hats and western shirts and the lunch was a delicious selection of barbecued entrees. After lunch entertainment was a country and western line dancing demonstration and music. The dancers were Denise and Joy from Tina's Talent Agency in Toronto and they gave a demonstration and explanation of the details of line dancing. Music was also provided by the fancy pickin' Gordon on the guitar. Some of the staff even took a spin on the dance floor to try out the newly learned dance steps.
