Scottish Country Dance Association
They're at it again! The Scott's are tearing it up on the dance floor and it turns its fun for the whole family. The Scottish Dance Association came together for their regular dance night and SNAP went down to see if the rumor was true about the Scottish men and traditional kilts! It was a brisk evening that night and I was just glad that I was dressed warm.
It was quite the turn out and everybody was in good humor and ready to dance Scottish style. I was hoping to start off the night the traditional Scottish way with a few amber ales to loosen up the muscles and build a little courage to look under the kilt!, but, apparently that's later after the dance.
We were very impressed with the younger generation that were giving the more experienced a run for their money out there on the dance floor, although competition is not what its about but more so just having a good time dancing the traditional jig. Oh, and I never did look under any kilts!, maybe next time.
